Sun Hung Kai Properties is a major property developer in Hong Kong, owning numerous large shopping mall complexes across the city. These malls provide a variety of quality food and beverage, shopping, and entertainment for locals and tourists alike. To direct traffic to shopping malls outside of popular tourist areas, our client aimed to attract Mainland tourists to visit five of their malls through the popular Mainland social media platform WeChat. Our campaign utilized the WeChat Shake function to create a lucky draw game, driving traffic to the malls through prize redemption. Through our user management system, our clients gathered useful data for future promotional use. With over 30,000 monthly plays per mall, and more than 200 prizes redeemed monthly per mall, our WeChat Shake game successfully drew target audience groups to the malls for conversion.
