Grand Century Place is a large shopping mall and office building complex located on top of an MTR station. It is a one-stop arena of food and beverage, shopping, and movie entertainment. As there are numerous large shopping malls in Hong Kong, our client aimed to attract Mainland tourists to visit the mall through popular Mainland social media platforms. We focused on WeChat marketing for this campaign. Our WeChat game drove traffic to the mall via gift redemption, and we used the social platform for issuing discount coupons of various shops to motivate target groups for consumption. This WeChat campaign successfully drove target audience traffic to the mall for conversion. The WeChat game achieve over 8,000 plays, significantly improving audience engagement, while the coupon usage rate reached 50%. With these promising numbers, we achieved MOKO’s business objectives in triumph.
